We’re looking for a well-versed Office Coordinator with a focus on People and Culture, having experience working in a Digital Growth Agency.

 

Are you interested in working in a young and modern setting in our amazingly stylish office in Mumbai? We work with international brands (Electrolux, Toyota) as well as many large Scandinavian clients in creating websites and applications involving thousands of users, and now we need a talented Office Coordinator to join our team here in Mumbai!

 

As an Office Coordinator, you will work closely with our MD, Finance and Accounts Executive, as well as with the rest of our nice colleagues in our Mumbai Office. Your role in the company is to maintain all administrative tasks related to our Mumbai Office, as well as help out with all things related to recruitment, from reviewing incoming applications to keeping relations with our external recruitment agencies. This position requires high levels of maintaining a professional and helpful attitude, as you will also maintain the culture of the company in the office by being a role model employee and an ambassador for the company.

 

As a person, you have a genuine interest in keeping things organized with great attention to detail. You have a high capability to manage several projects in parallel, with the ability to prioritize tasks with great excellence. Being highly self-motivated and responsible, making sure your commitments are delivered within time and with great execution. As a person, you are not afraid to affect the outcome of a task with your own ideas. In summary, the role means:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage and maintain company vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate recruitments, both internal and with external recruitment agencies.
  • Maintaining office aesthetics and environment making sure office areas are on par with the company brand.
  • Maintain the culture of the company by help peers evolve and grow as employees
  • Being the point of contact and maintaining all inquiries by office telephone and email, as well as incoming guests. From supplier to incoming candidates for interviews.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning company events and outings.
  • Order lunch, office snacks and drinks.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Administration, Hospitality, Human Relations or related field.
  • Minimum two years experience of having worked in a similar role.
  • Good computer knowledge with hands-on experience working in different systems and softwares such as MS Office.
  • Fluent in English in both writing and speech.
  • Excellent communication skills.
