As a Marketing Manager in our ever evolving company, you will play a critical role in building our brand and driving growth through various channels. You'll work closely with our Growth team and report directly to the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute on a marketing strategy.

About the role

In this dynamic role, you'll wear many hats and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating compelling content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
• Building and managing our brand
• Support HR with building the employer brand
• Generating leads through email marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Managing and optimizing SEM/Google ads and social media ads
• Managing the company's website and developing strategies to increase website traffic
• Developing and managing marketing activities such as newsletters and webinars Planning and executing events in collaboration with coordinators'
• Managing the company's podcast
• Analyzing and evaluating marketing campaigns to measure success

While no two days will be exactly alike, a typical day in the life of a Marketing Manager might include:

• Reviewing performance metrics and checking for new leads or sales generated from ongoing campaigns
• A meeting with the Chief Growth Officer to discuss ongoing projects and upcoming deadlines
• Writing and editing content for newsletters, webinars, and social media posts
• A fika at the office with your colleagues

We believe you have

• Experience doing the above in the role of a Marketing Manager or similar
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of various marketing channels and their strengths and weaknesses
• Project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Swedish 

We'll be extra excited if you also have

• Experience in Hubspot
