We are looking for a nice and skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

About the role

As our Office Coordinator you will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. You will be working with different tasks like preparing coffee for meetings with clients and handling travel expenses. You will also be responsible for the contact with the estate manager and to fulfill the colleagues and the office needs for supplies and services. This requires that you have some understanding for purchase and economy. 

This is a varying role and you need to be comfortable serving your colleagues, able to carry out administrative tasks and work independently. 

As our office coordinator in Malmö express it, “it’s  a very mixed role, I get to be both creative and administrative, always with the focus of creating a pleasant atmosphere for my colleagues”. 

Must haves

  • Graduated from high school
  • Experience of administrative tasks
  • At least 2 years experience of service related work 

Practical info

Start: As soon as possible (time of notice in consideration)

Work extent: Part-time, flexible office hours

Location: Stockholm

You will be joining our team in Stockholm placed at Birger Jarlsgatan 32B. Here we have an inspiring environment and about 40 really nice colleagues.
